Born in Malatya in 1975. He completed his undergraduate education in Anadolu University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. Later, he completed his master’s and doctorate degrees in Business Administration/Management and Organization at Anadolu University, Institute of Social Sciences. He has been working as an associate professor in the field of Management and Strategy at Hitit University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences/ Department of Business Administration since 2008. He has studies in the fields of strategic management, family businesses, organizational behavior and digital transformation.
