He graduated from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics in 1999. Between 1999-2003, he completed his master’s degree in Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Social Sciences Institute, Department of Economics. In 2000, he started to work as a research assistant in Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Social Sciences Institute, Department of Economics. In 2003, he won the research assistant exam at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. Between 2003 and 2009, he completed his doctorate in Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Social Sciences Institute, Department of Economics. She was in Vienna between 2009-2010 to conduct various researches. Between 2010-2011, at Ankara Military Academy, Dr. He completed his military service as an Artillery Ensign.
