Sidar ATALAY ŞİMŞEK started to work as a research assistant in the Economics Department of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Bitlis Eren University (2014-2016).
He continues to work as a research assistant at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Batman University (since 2016). He continues his doctorate education in the department of economics at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University. His areas of special interest are macroeconomics, behavioral economics, environment, energy and econometrics.
